Bobby's Landing

Cozy cottage located in the cute beach town of Rockport, TX. Comfortably sleeps 4. Has 2 bedrooms, 1 bath. Very comfy furniture in the living room. Kitchen is fully stocked. A smart TV with cable and lots of DVDs are provided. Internet is available for your convenience. A record player with a variety of classic LPs can be found in the living room to enjoy a relaxing evening with nostalgic music. The dining room has a coffee bar stocked with coffee, teas, sugar. Washer/dryer, laundry soap and organic dryer balls are provided. Fishing dock is just a few steps from the back porch. A charcoal barbeque grill and chimenea are in the backyard -- just bring charcoal and kindling to enjoy them. Folding chairs and small folding tables are stored in the deck box for your use. You can sit on the dock with a cold drink to enjoy a relaxing day of fishing. The Rockport beach is only a short 5-mile drive into town. Directions are found in the House Guidelines book in the entry room. Restaurant menus and activity brochures can be found on the dining room wall rack. Feel free to explore cabinets, drawers and closets to find things you might need. Only the small locked closet in the hallway is unavailable to guests.

Bring your telescope or binoculars~ The night sky is so dark, making the stars appear extremely close and brilliant. Great opportunity to teach your kids the constellations!

The house comfortably accommodates 4 people, but if you want to sleep a couple more people, just call us. We can help. However, keep in mind, there is only ONE bathroom.

** SAFETY CAUTION **

The floors in the house are multi-level in 2 areas. When entering through the front door, you will walk into a small entry room. You will step up (appx. 6-inches) to step into the living room. The other rooms are all at the same level (living room, dining room, kitchen, bedrooms, bathroom). The TV room is located at the back of the house, next to the kitchen. There will be a step down (appx. 3-4 inches) into the TV room. Each of these areas has a bright yellow "Watch Your Step" warning strip adhered to the floor for your awareness. 

This property is not ADA compliant. The ramp located to the right side of the house is mainly provided as an alternate option if you find it challenging to climb the stairs to gain entry into the house. The side door provides entry into the kitchen.
